
If you have an e-mail address on file then your MyCare Username will be sent to your e-mail account.
If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyCare help desk by sending an email to MyCare@rochesterregional.org or call (585) 922-1234 to help you regain access to your MyCare account.
Accessing through the website or mobile app: After five (5) login attempts, you will be prompted to reset your password. After three (3) password reset attempts, your account will be locked. You will need to contact the MyCare help desk to regain access.
When sending an email please include your full name, date of birth, home address and phone number.
